Nope. No formal estimate process — just a conversation and a clear hourly rate.
If you want a total to plan around,
a time limit can be set for each visit before the job starts.

Anywhere in the Pinellas County given enough availability.
Jobs farther away may be possible if scheduled far enough in advance.

Do materials cost extra?
You're charged exactly what the materials cost - no markup.
We'll talk through what's needed before the visit.
Time spent doing that and gathering materials before the job starts isn't billed.
If a supply run is needed mid-job, it's on the clock but you'll know what's being picked up and from where first.

Unusual requests are genuinely welcome, as long as they're legal and respectful.
