Billed at cost, no markup.
Before the job, I'll let you know the total cost of the known materials.
If additional materials are needed after that, I'll let you know.

Travel
$0.70 per mile Mileage from Handy Lady LLC home base (near the Lowes on 25th St. N. in St. Pete) to the job site and back. Applicable tolls and parking expenses billed at cost, no markup.

Travel

$0.70 per mile to and from Handy Lady LLC home base (near the Lowes at 2365 25th St. N. in St. Pete) plus the cost of any tolls and parking. You'll know what the total miles will be first.

Payment

Cash, Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal. Trade may be possible if agreed on beforehand.
